About the program

Review Invites is a text-message program operated by Expert Reputation, LLC (“Expert Reputation,” “we,” “us”). We send review and feedback invitations by SMS text message from short code 86138 on behalf of healthcare practices and other businesses you have visited (your “Provider”).

If you have provided your mobile phone number to your Provider and agreed to receive feedback requests, you will receive:

  • A feedback invitation — a text message inviting you to share feedback about your recent visit or experience, containing a link to a review page; and
  • Up to one reminder — sent only if you have not opened the invitation.

You may also receive service messages in response to keywords you text to 86138, such as a confirmation when you opt out or re-subscribe, and replies to help requests.

Expert Reputation is the sole operator and message sender for this program. Your consent to receive Review Invites messages is never sold, rented, shared with, or transferred to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care, goods, or services from your Provider.

Message frequency

Up to 2 messages per visit (one invitation and at most one reminder). Overall message frequency varies depending on how often you visit your Provider.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Expert Reputation does not charge you for these messages. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to 86138 at any time to stop receiving Review Invites messages. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, and OPT OUT. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that no further messages will be sent to you.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Review Invites program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers; participating carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Please see the Expert Reputation Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the messages.
